Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a INR 200 Cr EPC business. The CEO will be responsible for overall business growth profitability project execution operational excellence and building a strong organisation for the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall P&L business strategy revenue growth and profitability of the organisation.

  • Lead end-to-end EPC operations including business development bidding project execution procurement contracts and commercial functions.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients consultants government authorities partners and vendors.

  • Drive order book growth through strategic business development tendering and new market opportunities.

  • Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution with strong focus on quality safety timelines and margins.

  • Oversee project financials working capital cash flows contractual risks and claims.

  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and strengthen organisational processes and governance.

  • Identify opportunities for geographical expansion new segments and strategic partnerships.

  • Provide regular business performance updates to the Board/Promoters and drive execution of strategic priorities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1825 years of experience with significant leadership experience in the EPC / Infrastructure / Construction sector.

  • Proven track record of managing a 200 Cr business/P&L and delivering profitable growth.

  • Strong exposure to project execution tendering contracts commercial management and business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and develop a sustainable order book.

  • Strong commercial acumen leadership capability and strategic orientation.

  • Experience working directly with Promoters/Board/Investors will be preferred.
