We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Chief Delight Officer to lead the overall restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing the team driving sales maintaining service and food quality standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Lead coach and motivate the restaurant team.

Ensure food quality hygiene and service standards are consistently maintained.

Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations effectively.

Drive sales profitability and operational efficiency.

Manage staff scheduling inventory and cost control.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs food safety and health regulations.

Monitor team performance and support employee development.

Requirements

48 years of experience in a QSR restaurant café or hospitality industry.

Proven experience in leading restaurant operations and teams.

Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of inventory management food safety and operational best practices.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts weekends and public holidays.
