Chief Accountant

Position: Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Salary: Open / As per current CTC and relevant experience with a suitable hike

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage the company’s complete accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting taxation statutory compliance financial reporting and day-to-day finance management.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and payroll.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage GST TDS/TCS Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare financial statements MIS reports and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow working capital budgeting and financial planning.
• Handle vendor payments bank transactions reconciliations and payment processes.
• Coordinate with auditors tax consultants banks and other financial stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets expenses project costs and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
• Manage and review accounting records to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants regarding finance and accounting matters.

• Education: / / CA / CMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Relevant experience in accounting and finance; experience in a senior/lead accounting role will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
• Excellent analytical communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle the company’s accounting and finance activities.
• Female candidates are preferred.

Salary: Open budget. Compensation will be decided based on the candidate’s current CTC experience skills and expected hike.
