Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process development and optimization for semiconductor-grade specialty chemicals (e.g. vinylbenzyl chloride vinylphenols trimethylstyrene hexafluorobenzene sodium pentafluorobenzenesulfonate).
- Design and execute lab-to-pilot scale experiments ensuring reproducibility scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production quality and regulatory to ensure smooth technology transfer.
- Develop robust process safety protocols aligned with EHS standards for high-purity chemical manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield purity and sustainability of semiconductor-grade products.
- Prepare technical documentation SOPs and validation reports for internal and client requirements.
- Stay updated on global semiconductor material trends and contribute to innovation in specialty polymers and advanced chemical intermediates.
Qualifications
- Full-time . (Organic/Industrial Chemistry) / (Chemical Engineering).
- Strong background in process R&D scale-up and specialty chemical manufacturing.
- Prior exposure to semiconductor-grade chemicals or high-purity specialty polymers preferred.
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (HPLC GC NMR FTIR) for process validation.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO GMP EHS) in chemical manufacturing.
