Detailed JD:

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases for chatbot conversations intents and dialog flows
Validate:
- Conversation accuracy
- Intent recognition & response correctness
Perform:
- Functional testing
- Integration testing
- Regression testing for bots
Test bot integrations with:
- APIs / backend systems
- Web apps / Microsoft Teams / other channels
Conduct end-to-end testing of conversational journeys
Identify log and track defects using tools like Jira
Validate:
- Error handling scenarios
- Edge cases in conversations
Support:
- Automation testing where applicable (UI/API)
Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure quality delivery

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in:
- Manual testing / QA processes
- Test case design & execution
Exposure to:
- Chatbot / bot / conversational AI testing
Knowledge of:
- REST APIs & API testing (Postman or similar)
Experience in:
- Functional regression and integration testing
