We are Hiring Channel Partner Sourcing & Business Development Executive (2
Openings) Vajram Group Bangalore
We are looking for proactive Channel Partner Sourcing & BD Executives to identify
onboard and activate new channel partners expanding our broker network and fuelling.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners brokers and real estate agents across
Bangalore - Actively reach out pitch and build relationships with potential CP partners
- Maintain regular engagement with the CP network to drive site visits and leads
- Coordinate with the CP Manager and sales team for smooth partner activation
- Track partner performance and maintain an updated CP database
- Attend CP meets events and networking activities to expand reach
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in channel partner sourcing or business development in real
estate - Strong networking skills and a go-getter attitude
- Existing relationships with brokers/agents in Bangalore is a strong plus
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the city
