Job Summary
  • Ventra Health is building vCision an enterprise AI program delivering agentic automation across the revenue cycle. The Change Management Lead Automation & AI owns the human and operational side of this transformation. This role designs and executes the change strategy that turns AI agents into adopted embedded value-producing capabilities across Anesthesia Emergency Medicine Hospitalist Medicine and Radiology.
  • The leader is accountable for two connected disciplines. First organizational change management for AI adoption: readiness training communication adoption tracking and the human-side enablement that determines whether agents deliver value in production. Second program-level change governance: scope stakeholder alignment decision intake and the operating cadence that keeps the AI portfolio coherent as it scales. This individual partners closely with Enterprise Service Delivery Client Success Learning & Development Technology and external partners. The role begins as an individual contributor and is expected to build a team likely organized by business unit as the agent portfolio scales into production.
Essential Functions and Tasks
  • Own the AI adoption change strategy across the enterprise:
    • Build and execute the change management framework for every vCision agent rollout (Claims Actionability Denial Intake Charge Voice Coding Follow-Up etc.).
    • Define readiness criteria adoption metrics and value realization checkpoints for each agent and business unit.
    • Partner with ESD leadership to identify operational impact redesign workflows and prepare teams for new ways of working.
  • Partner with the training team to develop and deliver enablement for AI agent rollouts:
    • Partner with Learning & Development and the AI Academy to design role-based training for impacted teams.
    • Build adoption playbooks that scale across ANES EMHM and RAD.
    • Track competency adoption and proficiency over time.
  • Drive communication and stakeholder engagement:
    • Develop and execute communication plans for each agent rollout: leadership frontline and client-facing.
    • Translate technical AI capabilities into operational language that builds trust and reduces resistance.
    • Manage stakeholder feedback loops that surface issues early and route them to product and engineering.
  • Govern program-level change for the AI portfolio:
    • Run the change intake and prioritization cadence for the vCision program.
    • Coordinate scope changes vendor changes and stakeholder realignment across the agent portfolio.
    • Maintain the program operating rhythm: status RAID decision tracking executive reporting cadence.
  • Measure and report on adoption and value realization:
    • Define and track adoption KPIs by agent and business unit.
    • Build reporting that connects adoption metrics to financial outcomes (coverage productivity denial reduction).
    • Own the post-go-live retrospective process and feed learnings into future rollouts.
  • Build and lead the change management team:
    • Recruit and develop a team aligned to business units (ANES EMHM RAD) as the portfolio scales.
    • Establish standards templates and operating norms for change management across vCision.
    • Mentor team members and build change capability across the broader Automation & AI organization.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required. Masters degree in Business Organizational Development Information Systems or related field is a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in change management transformation or program leadership; 3 years leading change for technology or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise change programs in healthcare RCM BPO or technology services environments.
  • Prosci ACMP or equivalent change management certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI automation and agentic technologies with the ability to translate technical capabilities into operational readiness plans.
  • Proven ability to design and execute training communication and adoption strategies at scale.
  • Experience operating across global teams (US India Philippines) and matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to operate confidently with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and program management skills with attention to data metrics and outcomes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast-moving program with shifting priorities.
  • Healthcare RCM or financial services experience is a major plus.
  • Experience with ESD contact center or operational delivery transformation is a plus.
  • Experience building and leading distributed teams is a plus.
  • Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
Compensation
  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
