Job Title: Service Desk Developer / Service Desk Engineer
Experience Level: JuniorMid (25 years)
Work Locations: Hyderabad Kochi Mohali
Technology Stack:
- Frontend: React
- Node JS
- Workflow Engine: Camunda 8 SDK
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Cloud Services: AWS Services
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a service desk or technical support role (04 years)
- Exposure to automation or low-code tools
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS is a plus)
