Job Summary
Job Title : Centralized Service Management - ELK Stack
Experience : 7 to 11 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of ELK Stack for centralized logging monitoring and observability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure development and operations teams to implement SRE practices and AIOps initiatives.
- Oversee Incident Problem Change Capacity Asset and Knowledge Management processes.
- Monitor project performance KPIs service delivery and ensure adherence to ITSM best practices.
- Develop dashboards MIS reports and analytics using Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance governance documentation and operational process standardization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risks escalations and operational improvements.
Requisites
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Strong expertise in ELK Stack Observability SRE and IT Operations Management.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes ServiceNow Incident Problem Change and Capacity Management.
- Hands-on experience with Python Power BI Data Analytics and Dashboard Development.
- Understanding of DevOps CI/CD SDLC Agile/Scrum and Infrastructure Operations.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring logging automation and AIOps concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management project coordination and technical documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and reporting abilities.
- Exposure to AI/ML Agentic AI or R Studio is an added advantage.
