Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Cashier (Male) in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail / Food & Beverage sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Handle daily cash transactions accurately.
- Operate billing and POS systems efficiently.
- Collect payments through cash card and digital modes.
- Maintain daily cash balance and reconcile collections.
- Issue invoices and receipts to customers.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Experience using POS billing software.
- Basic accounting and cash reconciliation.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in sweets bakery or retail stores.
- Knowledge of UPI and digital payment systems.
- Ability to work long shifts.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier in a retail supermarket bakery or food outlet. Experience in handling billing software and daily cash reconciliation is preferred.
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Typical)
- Preferred: Any Degree (Typical)
- Additional: Basic Computer Knowledge

Scheduling and Maintenance: Ensure efficient team scheduling and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address in-store maintenance and emergency issues promptly and efficiently. Standards Compliance: Uphold food safety standards and confidently manage DM & AD standards during inspections.
