Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Automation Delivery Manager to lead a large team and oversee the overall Delivery Excellence of CAD customization and automation-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of projects managing multiple initiatives simultaneously ensuring timely delivery implementing productivity measures and maintaining adherence to quality processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a large team and ensure Delivery Excellence in CAD/CAE/CAM customization and automation projects.
• Execute CAD customization/Automation related projects efficiently and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently tracking their progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement productivity measures to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
• Enforce adherence to quality processes and standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Possess CAD exposure across various platforms such as Catia UGNX Creo SolidWorks etc.
• Handle a portfolio of projects with a minimum value of $5 million leading a team of 100 members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD automation technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• B.E./ or any equivalent degree.
• Proven experience in managing CAD automation projects preferably in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of CAD software such as Catia UGNX Creo SolidWorks etc.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Delivery Excellence and achieve project goals.
• Experience in managing large teams and portfolios of projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.

Note: This role does not require design experience but focuses on managing CAD automation profiles and project execution.
