Role Overview ZOHO Finance & ZOHO ERP

You will play a key role in implementing leading and scaling ZOHO Finance solutions for clients while mentoring internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver ZOHO Finance & ZOHO ERP training to clients and in-house team members

Handle data migration from various accounting software to ZOHO

Continuously learn and implement new ZOHO modules

Participate in projects beyond finance (cross-functional exposure)

Conduct product demos for prospects clients and internal teams

Review finalize and correct accounting done by team or clients on ZOHO

Manage statutory compliances using ZOHO:

Income Tax / GST / TDS / PT / PF & ESIC

Act as a solution owner not just an executor

Leadership Expectations

Lead projects independently with ownership mindset

Guide and mentor junior team members

Interact confidently with business owners and CXOs

Think process-driven scalable and client-centric

Qualifications

CA / CMA (Inter or Final)

MBA (Finance)

BBA (Finance) with strong accounting exposure

Experience Requirement

Proven experience in:

Accounting & compliance

Client handling

Team leadership (preferred)
