About The Client:

About The Job:
- Support the day-to-day execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
- Coordinate vendor risk activities maintain accurate records track assessments and remediation items and support timely communication with internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Work effectively within structured processes and operational workflows.
- Apply a basic understanding of TPRM information security privacy compliance or related risk disciplines.
- Operate effectively in an operations-focused role with relatively light technical requirements.
- Coordinate third-party risk assessments including:
- Intake
- Tracking
- Follow-up
- Closure activities
- Review submitted documentation for completeness and route materials to the appropriate reviewers.
- Maintain accurate vendor assessment risk and remediation records in TPRM tools or related tracking systems.
- Monitor:
- Assessment milestones
- Due dates
- Approvals
- Exceptions
- Remediation commitments
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain outstanding information or required actions.
- Support recurring reporting on:
- Assessment status
- Overdue items
- Risks
- Program metrics
- Help prepare meeting materials status updates and operational summaries for TPRM stakeholders.
- Apply established procedures templates and escalation criteria consistently.
- Identify data-quality issues process gaps or recurring delays and raise them to the TPRM team.
- Support continuous improvement of TPRM workflows documentation and operational procedures.
- Handle sensitive vendor and company information in accordance with applicable policies.
- 2 years of experience in:
- Third-party risk management
- Information security
- Cybersecurity operations
- IT risk
- Privacy
- Compliance
- Audit
- Procurement operations
- Related risk disciplines
- Familiarity with basic concepts such as:
- Vendor risk
- Security controls
- Risk assessments
- Remediation tracking
- Evidence review
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a consistent approach to data accuracy and documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace especially spreadsheets and documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Ability to work with confidential or sensitive information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using a TPRM GRC ticketing procurement or workflow management platform.
- Exposure to common information security or compliance frameworks such as:
- SOC 2
- ISO 27001
- NIST
- PCI DSS
