Title: Business / Product Manager
Location: Gurgaon Haryana
Exp: 6-10 Yrs
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear product requirements.
Define and maintain the product vision strategy roadmap and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with business engineering UX/UI QA and other cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from ideation to delivery.
Prepare BRDs PRDs user stories functional requirements process flows and acceptance criteria as required.
Identify business problems and opportunities and convert them into actionable product solutions.
Prioritize product features and requirements based on business value customer needs technical feasibility and timelines.
Manage product backlog and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of dependencies issues and escalations.
Conduct stakeholder meetings requirement workshops product demos and review sessions.
Monitor product development progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed requirements and roadmap.
Collaborate with technology teams to understand technical constraints and identify suitable solutions.
Track product KPIs user feedback business outcomes and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Perform market competitor and customer analysis to support product decisions.
Support UAT release planning rollout and post-production validation.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope timelines and business objectives.
Prepare regular product status reports management dashboards and stakeholder updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in Business Analysis / Product Management.
Excellent understanding of business requirements gathering and product lifecycle management.
Strong experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
Hands-on experience with BRD PRD user stories use cases process flows and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work closely with engineering and technology teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities dependencies and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar product/project management tools.
