What You will Be Doing

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Proactively track and expedite orders resolving issues to maintain timelines. Identify process gaps streamline workflows and develop SOPs to improve efficiency. Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.

• Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal & written).
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights).

What We Are Looking For

Key Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Power BI and data analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and tariffs is highly preferred
