Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Ownership: Define and execute the enterprise data strategy with a focus on Sales & Marketing data governance ingestion transformation and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Build mentor and lead a team of Data Engineers Power BI Developers and Data Stewards; foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the Head of Commercial Operations to understand the reporting requirements of the Sales Marketing Customer Success Finance and Product Management functions and ensure delivery of actionable insights.
• Technology Leadership: Oversee the use of Snowflake and associated tools and staging technologies (including DBT Airbyte and AWS S3) for data ingestion Power BI for visualization; ensure scalable secure and efficient use of these platforms.
• Governance & Best Practices: Champion data quality lineage and governance standards across the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT Product and external vendors to align data processes with business needs.
• Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate quality-related risks issues and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
• Stay Current with Industry Best Practices: Continuously research and adopt the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and Power BI.
