Business Intelligence Analyst( Strategy & Operations)

The Enterprise Business Operations team embedded within the Office of the CEO works closely with NetApps top executives and our three business units (On-prem storage Public Cloud Storage and Data Services) to ensure that the company stays on its profitable growth trajectory. The team plays an active role in some of NetApps boldest and most strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution. Today NetApp is leading the way in how our customers get the most out of their data with industry-leading cloud data services storage systems and software.

As an analyst you will join a highly entrepreneurial team including alumni from top management consulting firms and versatile professionals in Enterprise IT. We partner with key stakeholders to define and refine strategy solve complex problems build scalable processes analyze business performance and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that enable NetApp to achieve its business objectives.

Specifically you will need to:

• Work across the company and across a geographically diverse organization to define and drive strategic analysis.

• Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing project plans gathering and synthesizing data leading analysis and developing final findings recommendations and drive results.
• Have a clear understanding of key business issues through collaboration with product and finance teams and work closely with business leaders product managers and subject matter experts across the organization to design actionable performance metrics and goals.

Job Requirements

• Independently conduct secondary research and apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Translate data and analysis into clear concise narratives and present findings effectively to business stakeholders.
• Build highquality presentations summaries and decision support materials that synthesize data insights and tradeoffs.
• Respond to ondemand analytical reporting and problemsolving requests from senior leaders with speed and rigor.
• Execute recurring and ad hoc analysis and support standardization of templates and reporting assets.
• Strong datadriven mindset with practical application of common analytical techniques.
• Advanced handson proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create clear visualizations and structured outputs.
• Familiarity with the enterprise IT industry is a plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Mathematics Statistics Economics or a related quantitative field required.
• 5-7 years of work experience with MBA
• Prior experience in management consulting or similar analytical role preferred
