Setting up the operating model and the relevant CPCB / state board approvals for collection and channelization

Building the collection network across retailer tie-ups OEM partnerships enterprise (bulk consumer) contracts etc

Designing and operationalising the reverse logistics workflow pickup segregation warehousing and movement to recycler partners

Building the digital traceability layer chain-of-custody documentation audit trails and reporting that hold up under scrutiny from brands auditors and regulators

Building the recycler partner network selecting authorized recyclers negotiating commercial terms structuring EPR certificate flows and managing ongoing compliance and quality oversight; and then building our own recycling capabilities over time

Anchoring the first set of EPR clients producers/brands who need fulfilment of their obligations through a credible compliance partner
