• Generate Life Health and General Insurance business through the agency channel
  
• Recruit train and develop insurance advisors/agents
  
• Manage and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets
  
• Drive branch revenue productivity and profitability
  
• Provide ongoing sales support field coaching and performance monitoring
  
• Conduct training sessions on products sales techniques and compliance
  
• Build strong customer and advisor relationships
  
• Ensure branch operations follow company and regulatory guidelines
  
• Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance metrics
  
• Develop local market strategies for business expansion
