Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our field recruitment team. The role involves identifying and mobilizing candidates for overseas (Gulf) job opportunities through field visits networking and community engagement. Candidates with experience in field sales recruitment staffing or business development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Visit Gram Panchayats (GPs) construction sites industrial areas and local communities to source candidates.
Generate candidate leads for overseas (Gulf) employment opportunities.
Develop and maintain a network of agents consultants and referral partners.
Organize recruitment drives seminars awareness programs and job fairs.
Achieve monthly sourcing and business targets.
Build relationships with local stakeholders community leaders training institutes and placement partners.
Guide candidates about overseas job opportunities and the recruitment process.
Maintain daily activity reports and candidate records.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales Business Development Recruitment Staffing or Candidate Mobilization.
Own bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned district.
Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
