Responsibilities:
- Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate pitch and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders
- Identify approach and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs
- Visit client locations for product information follow-ups and deal closure
Note: This is a Branch Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.

- 3Years Diploma holders

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
