Responsibilities
Analyse healthcare claims and eligibility data to identify cost drivers utilization trends and savings opportunities
Develop clear data-driven recommendations that support business decision-making
Partner with Network Clinical and FWA teams to translate insights into actionable interventions
Design and develop self-service Qlik Sense dashboards that enable stakeholders to quickly identify opportunities and trends
Support stakeholders in contracting strategy and provider negotiations clinical pathway optimization and FWA detection
Quantify the financial impact of new and existing savings initiatives to support annual planning process
Contribute to the development of new analytical approaches tools and methodologies
Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to leverage existing capabilities and avoid duplication of efforts
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Finance Statistics Actuarial or equivalent)
7 years of experience in health insurance analytics
Strong understanding of cost drivers in health insurance (utilization pricing behaviour)
Proficiency in SQL data manipulation tools and data visualization platforms (Qlik Sense preferred)
Excellent analytical stakeholder management and presentation skills required
