Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis capabilities combined with technical understanding of enterprise applications integrations APIs databases and system workflows.

The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements translating them into functional and technical specifications supporting solution design and coordinating with development QA architecture and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and handling both functional analysis and technical coordination responsibilities across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Translate business requirements into user stories functional specifications process flows and technical requirements
Act as a liaison between business users product teams developers architects and QA teams
Analyze existing systems workflows and integrations to identify improvement opportunities
Support API requirement gathering integration analysis and data mapping activities
Create and maintain business process documentation workflow diagrams use cases and acceptance criteria
Participate in solution discussions technical design reviews and impact assessments
Support backlog management sprint planning requirement prioritization and Agile ceremonies
Coordinate SIT UAT support defect clarification and validation activities
Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation to support technical and business teams
Ensure traceability between requirements implementation and testing outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Support production issue analysis release management and change request activities
