About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the Senior techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow IRM.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules including:
- Risk Management.
- Controls.
- Compliance.
- Issues.
- Audit Management.
- Assess enhancement requests and perform impact analysis on existing solutions.
- Support platform releases testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Develop reports dashboards and KPI tracking capabilities.
- Maintain platform documentation and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders implementation partners and technical teams to deliver platform improvements.
- 10 years of experience in GRC Risk Management Compliance or ServiceNow delivery roles.
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM functional technical and solution design experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Risk Management.
- Controls.
- Compliance.
- Audit processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering solution design and ServiceNow platform configuration.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
