About the Team:

As a core member of our Transformation team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality workflow solutions that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon.

The Business Analyst will play an integral role in designing and delivering workflow solutions within the Citco Group. They will work with multiple and diverse stakeholder-groups from across Business Units to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver position bottom-line results for Citco

Duties in brief:

• You will support the execution & timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.

• Maintain project reporting & project plans used by diverse audiences

• Support working group meetings for all assigned projects

• Contribute in discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions; gather requirements and assess feasibility

• Create solution design documents that clearly articulating Problem Statements; As-is & To-be states; User Stories; Proto-types & Success Criteria

• Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions

• Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping analyzing developing solutions RAIDs reviewing deliverables from executing to implementing change

• Work with stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams / business units

• Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed effectively

• Establish best practices / industry standards while designing solutions

• Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting

• Provide post Golive support for implemented solutions

About You:

• Bachelor degree in Management Studies Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics or relatedfields

• You have 3 - 5 years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects ontime and in scope in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess a strategic mindset andfind motivation in creatively solving problems

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements

• Able to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format

• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities

• Confident in leading requirements gathering sessions

• Experience using Confluence & JIRA to manage projects

• Experience creating processflows user stories acceptance criteria design documentation and wireframes (proto-types) in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
