Job Description:

Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain experience to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions for data and technology teams.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Pharma stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs FRDs user stories and process flows.
• Work closely with business data analytics and technology teams.
• Support data validation testing reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Participate in client discussions and solution workshops.

• 8 10 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain.
• Strong knowledge of US Pharma Commercial processes.
• Experience in Sales Marketing Market Access Patient Services or Commercial Analytics.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of commercial data and analytics.

Good to Have: Veeva CRM Power BI/Tableau Snowflake/Databricks/Azure Agile/Scrum.
