Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data extraction validation and troubleshooting
- Perform data analysis to identify trends gaps and inconsistencies
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
- Collaborate with developers QA teams and product teams for smooth delivery
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Assist in defect analysis and resolution
- Maintain proper documentation (BRD FRD user stories etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL (query writing & analysis is mandatory)
- Good understanding of data analysis and data validation techniques
- Proven experience in BFSI domain (Banking / Financial Services / Insurance)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to understand technical workflows and system integrations
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
