Business Analyst

Gather and analyze operational data from various departments including Production Supply Chain Inventory Sales Finance Quality Control and HR. • Work with departmental heads to identify data requirements and ensure relevant metrics are captured consistently. • Use statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data identify patterns correlations and trends. • Use data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) to create easy-to-understand visualizations of complex data. • Maintain and update business performance dashboards to track KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency cost management and product quality. • Identify process bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement across the manufacturing and operational workflows. • Work with relevant departments to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity. • Provide regular reports and performance insights to the Director highlighting trends issues and areas of improvement. • Develop data models forecasts and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.
