About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst with proven expertise in building and testing of Enterprise applications.
- This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring AI-driven solutions are meticulously designed strategically aligned and meet the highest quality standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Elicit and document business requirements and pain points translating them into comprehensive user stories and process workflows.
- Define and execute robust testing strategies for AI applications ensuring data accuracy model reliability and compliance during the UAT phase.
- Engage in daily collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders to monitor project progress proactively identifying risks and roadblocks.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations effectively articulating feature enhancements and business value to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on UAT for Enterprise Applications ideally in AI/ML-driven environments.
- Exceptional analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
- Proficiency in JIRA MS Excel Word Analytics and PowerPoint with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
