About The Job:
- We are seeking a Resource Analyst (IC1) to join the *** Consulting Resource Management team as a full-time non-billable contractor. This remote role is based in India and supports day shift hours. The initial engagement is for 6 months with an immediate start date.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- This role supports *** Consultings Resource Management organization by assisting with subcontractor onboarding procurement activities vendor coordination and operational reporting while working closely with Resource Managers and cross-functional teams.
- The Resource Analyst (IC1) provides operational support to *** Consultings Resource Management organization by assisting with subcontractor onboarding vendor management procurement processes and resource reporting.
- Working under general guidance the individual will perform day-to-day operational activities maintain accurate data and support staffing and procurement processes while following established *** policies and procedures.
- The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of *** Consulting operations and Resource Management practices while contributing to the teams operational success.
- Support subcontractor identification and availability tracking.
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding activities including supplier setup and required documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of Service Provider Agreements (SPAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support subcontractor record creation email provisioning contractor time entry reviews and purchase order receipt processing.
- Maintain data integrity within PJR or similar resource management applications by updating resource assignments schedules staffing ownership work patterns skills and assignment status.
- Generate and maintain operational reports related to consultant schedules staffing requirements nominations and resource metrics.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers Procurement Finance Consulting leadership and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing of operational activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining accurate reporting and following *** Resource Management best practices.
- 2 years of experience in resource management vendor management procurement operations reporting or a related field
- Previous experience supporting consulting or professional services organizations
- Experience with *** Project Status Reporting and Scheduling (PSRS) is a plus
- Experience with *** Cloud Procurement is a plus
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn *** policies processes and internal systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection validation and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Professionalism integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Customer-focused with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint and Visio)
