Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 7 years of experience in Guidewire implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance requirements management stakeholder engagement and working knowledge of Guidewire xCenters The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders product owners architects developers testers and implementation partners to deliver end to end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

. Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
. Elicit document and manage business functional and nonfunctional requirements.
. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
. Create process flows use cases business rules and gap analysis documents.

Guidewire Implementation

. Lead requirement analysis for Guidewire implementation enhancement upgrade and migration projects.
. Collaborate with Guidewire developers and configuration teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
. Support integrations involving xCenter and external systems such as: Document management systems Third party data providers

Agile Delivery

. Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming daily standups reviews and retrospectives.
. Write and maintain epics features and user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps.
. Define acceptance criteria and support user story estimation activities.
. Assist Product Owners in prioritizing backlog items.

Testing & Validation

. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
. Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
. Assist QA teams in reviewing test cases and defect triage.
. Support production deployments and post release validation.

Stakeholder Management

. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
. Provide project status updates and requirement clarifications.
. Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
. Support change management and business adoption activities.

Guidewire Expertise

. Strong experience in Guidewire implementations
. Good understanding of: Product Model Policy Lifecycle Account and Contact Management Forms and Documents Data Model concepts

Insurance Domain Knowledge

. Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
. Understanding of: Personal Lines Commercial Lines Underwriting Policy Administration Regulatory Compliance

Business Analysis Skills

. Requirement elicitation and documentation.
. Process mapping and workflow analysis.
