Business Analyst – Financial Markets & Fixed Income Data Processing

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with 24 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of financial markets and fixed income data processing. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements analyze business processes and support the delivery of effective business solutions.

• Gather analyze document and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) user stories and process workflows.
  
• Analyze financial market data and fixed income processing activities.
  
• Collaborate with business operations and technology teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend business solutions.
  
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
  
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of financial data processing.
  
• Create reports presentations and business documentation for stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  
• Support project implementation and change management activities.
  

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Information Technology Computer Science or related discipline.
  
• 24 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and fixed income instruments.
  
• Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
  
• Understanding of business processes and data management systems.
