Business Analyst Digital Solutions Leading Private Sector Bank

Job Purpose

Conduct data analysis reporting and provide insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with teams to maintain MIS dashboards and drive digital adoption and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Impact Assessment / Reports and MIS

• Maintain MIS reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD and define logics for new MIS automation.
• Analyze reports to provide insights for decision-making.

Preparation of MD KO & Other Activities

• Prepare MD KO data for bank-level leads and initiatives.
• Coordinate with BIU Fincon for updates on MD KO data.

New Idea Generation and Execution

• Develop digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Identify pain points and suggest cost-saving solutions.
• Adopt innovative approaches for impactful outcomes.

Data Analysis and Presentation

• Analyze data create reports and identify trends.
• Provide dashboards and updates to leadership.
• Engage HR to develop training modules for staff.

Testing of New Projects with CUG

• Support project testing and document defects.
• Evaluate digital project performance and optimize processes.
• Publish testing results for stakeholder review.

Training and Handholding to End Users

• Send teasers and mailers before project launches.
• Create videos and FAQs for staff support.
• Provide ongoing assistance through help desks.

Candidates Profile:

• Min 3 years of experiencein developing insightful MIS reports and dashboards for lead performance productivity analysis and crosssell monitoring.
• Required a Data Analyst - Digital Solutions with strong expertise in Advanced Excel Power BI / Tableau and Python / SQL scripting.
• Should demonstrate a keen interest in leveraging modern AI tools to automate recurring processes and enhance efficiency.
