Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our team on a 3 to 6-month contract. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements analyzing processes coordinating with stakeholders and supporting project delivery across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flow diagrams.
Conduct stakeholder meetings workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with Project Managers Developers QA teams and business stakeholders.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project tracking activities.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Prepare project documentation reports and presentations.
Required Skills
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in requirement gathering analysis and documentation.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint Jira and Confluence.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking Financial Services FinTech or Digital Transformation projects.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Exposure to API integrations and business process automation.
