Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Seeking a highly responsive and communicative Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial systems and Insurtech workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote environments bridges technical and business domains with clarity and brings hands-on expertise in tools like Postman Python etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather analyse and document business requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analyses and propose data driven solutions for process improvement
Design and execute test cases using Postman for API validation
Build and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting
Support sprint planning backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA
Liaise with stakeholders across finance product and engineering to ensure alignment
Monitor KPIs and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
Contribute to compliance and audit readiness through structured documentation
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
Proven track record in financial systems or Insurtech environments
Responsiveness clear and professional communication
Technical skills in Postman Python Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables dashboards) and JIRA
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Bachelors degree in business Finance Computer Science or related field
