Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops interviews and stakeholder discussions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) user stories and functional designs.
Design business process flows wireframes and solution blueprints using Microsoft Power Platform.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
Support the configuration of Canvas Apps Model-Driven Apps Dataverse and Power Automate workflows.
Define data models using Dataverse SharePoint SQL and other supported connectors.
Develop test cases conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate application functionality data accuracy workflow efficiency and user experience.
Prepare user guides training materials release notes and provide end-user support.
Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements using Microsoft Power Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with governance security and performance standards.
