Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Structural BIM Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling and coordination for building projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in developing and managing structural BIM models and coordinating effectively with MEP and multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop maintain and update detailed Structural BIM models using Revit.
  • Prepare structural drawings construction documentation and BIM deliverables in accordance with project standards.
  • Coordinate closely with MEP Architectural and other design disciplines to ensure seamless integration of project models.
  • Perform clash detection model reviews and coordination using Navisworks.
  • Support project execution through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
  • Review and manage project documentation using Bluebeam.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards BIM execution plans and project quality requirements.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary issues.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling and Coordination.
  • Proven experience working on:
    • Commercial Buildings
    • Airport Buildings
    • Hospital Projects
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating with MEP teams on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience working on Canadian and/or U.S. projects is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering drawings building systems and BIM workflows.
