Broadband Testing (Contract)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Contract Role: 6 Months ( Third Party Payroll) (Extended)

Location : Bangalore

• Hands-on experience in broadband/RDK stack testing including validation of router behavior WAN/LAN performance and real-world ISP scenarios.
• Strong coding skills in Java Python or JavaScript with practical experience using Selenium and/or Robot Framework to build scalable automation suites.
• Proven experience with BDD practices including writing feature files step definitions and integrating BDD into automation workflows.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI for continuous testing and faster feedback.
• Demonstrated DevOps mindset with end-to-end ownership of test lifecycle including environment setup execution monitoring reporting and optimization.
• Solid understanding of dual-band routers WiFi protocols (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and networking fundamentals like TCP/IP DHCP and DNS with exposure to MAP-T or similar technologies.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining test infrastructure including test environments device labs and version control systems like Git.
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques such as risk-based testing equivalence partitioning boundary value analysis and prioritization of critical paths.
• Active participation in Agile practices including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives with strong collaboration across teams.

Ability to ensure system reliability through observability logging monitoring and proactive defect detection in broadband release cycles.
