Job Summary
Leveraging Jiostars expansive television network strong regional footprint digital scale and OTT ecosystem the vertical delivers end-to-end solutions including:
- FCT (Free Commercial Time) planning and execution for DAVP/NFDC
- Government awareness campaigns
- Integrated multimedia outreach (TV OTT Digital On-ground amplification)
- Strategic media partnerships for flagship government initiatives
- Tender Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate end-to-end tender participation process (EOIs RFPs GeM bids limited tenders etc.) Download review and circulate tender documents to relevant internal stakeholders Track pre-bid meetings corrigendum and submission deadlines Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documentation Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline) as per guidelines Maintain a master tracker of all live and submitted tenders.
Internal Coordination: Liaise with Sales Finance Legal Production and Leadership teams for required inputs and approvals
- Strong documentation and filing discipline.
- High attention to detail and deadline management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PDF documentation tools.
- Familiarity with GeM portal and e-tendering platforms coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and compliance-sensitive documents.
- Graduate in Commerce Business Administration or related field.
- Preferred experience in tender coordination / government business support/backend operations.
- Experience handling central or state government tenders preferred.
