• Position: Branch Manager

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Salary: 32 K - 40 K

• Location: Chennai

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI preferably in Gold Loan or similar financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of branch operations customer acquisition and portfolio management
• Proven ability to drive business growth achieve targets and lead high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities:

• • In charge of the entire branch sales operations and administration
  • Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
  • Ensure branch achieve the targets motivate and guide the team.
  • New to branch customer acquisition building the Asset under management of the branch

driving sales of debentures insurance tour and travel products.

• • Key custodian ensure quality clients are onboarded control NPAs.
  • Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
  • Market scoping understand the trends in the market and act accordingly.
