Job Title: Branch Head

Location: Vilankurichi Saravanampatti CoimbatoreHandle inward and outward logistics efficiently.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Branch Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Coimbatore branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational mindset excellent coordination skills and the ability to independently manage branch activities while ensuring seamless communication with the Head Office.

This is an operations-focused role involving branch administration and sales coordination. It does not involve core sales or business development responsibilities.

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Monitor and maintain inventory ensuring accurate stock records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support order execution and customer requirements.

• Handle inward and outward logistics efficiently.

• Coordinate dispatches and deliveries with transporters to ensure timely execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the branch and the Head Office.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth branch functioning.

• Maintain operational discipline and ensure adherence to company processes.

• Experience in branch operations administration logistics coordination or sales coordination.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch operations.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Self-motivated responsible and capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working from the Coimbatore branch location.
