Provide functional support for BOM-related processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment.
Support BOM creation maintenance validation release and change management processes.
Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM structures workflows and PLM operations.
Work with engineering manufacturing supply chain quality and IT teams to resolve process issues.
Identify and recommend improvements to BOM workflows structures and PLM capabilities.
Maintain BOM data accuracy completeness consistency and compliance with governance standards.
Support EBOM and MBOM processes and product configuration activities.
Manage engineering change processes including ECO ECN and release management.
Assist with system enhancement testing validation UAT and deployment activities.
Prepare process documentation work instructions and user training materials.
Provide training and hands-on support to improve end-user adoption.
Monitor recurring issues support trends and process improvement opportunities.
Support PLM data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
