Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage overall branch operations including loan processing disbursement renewals and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality collections overdue accounts and NPAs.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines internal policies audit and KYC requirements.
• Lead train and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security vault management and operational controls.
