Role Overview
This is a high-impact BizOps / Programme Management opportunity for a problem solver who thrives on transforming complex payment operations into scalable efficient and technology-enabled processes. You will operate as a strategic and hands-on partner to the Payments Operations leadership team identifying inefficiencies designing solutions and driving execution across critical payment workflows.
Operations Scope:
Money Movement (247) RFI/Query Management Rail Operations & Testing RBAC/Access Management Reconciliation & Automation
Key Responsibilities:
Root-cause analysis on operational pain points automation/product requirements
Drive programmes: problem solution design execution documentation closure
Build controls process re engineering models Performance dashboards
Ideal Candidate:
48 years preferably top-tier consulting.
Banking/payments/fintech background
Operations Transformation BizOps Programme Management experience
Comfortable as independent IC gets into operational details
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in Payment Operations within a Payment Gateway or FinTech environment. Hands-on experience in Cross-Border Payment Operations. Strong understanding of reconciliations settlements refunds and payment exception management. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business functions. Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
