BIM Structure

Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Structure Transportation specialist to join our organization in Bengaluru this role you will be responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination and logistics for structural transportation projects. You will work collaboratively with engineering teams contractors and project stakeholders to ensure efficient and organized delivery of structural components while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models for structural transportation projects using industry-standard software and tools
• Coordinate structural modeling with design and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and clash detection
• Analyze transportation logistics and plan optimal routes for structural component delivery
• Prepare detailed BIM documentation reports and visualizations for project stakeholders and regulatory compliance
• Manage BIM data organization version control and documentation standards across all project phases
• Collaborate with structural engineers and logistics coordinators to optimize transportation planning and scheduling
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of BIM models to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support project teams in utilizing BIM data for construction sequencing and site logistics planning
• Maintain organized project files and ensure efficient data management throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to project teams in a clear and structured manner

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in BIM software particularly Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction methodologies
• Experience with transportation logistics planning and coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination on construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of construction standards and building codes relevant to structural projects
• Experience with project management software and collaboration platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Indian construction standards and local project requirements (preferred)
• Experience in clash detection and model coordination (preferred)
