Job Summary

Role Summary
Assist in development of Revit MEP models for Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.
Basic knowledge of pipe rerouting (Diroute) within BIM environment.
Ability to create and modify Revit families (basic parametric families).
Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
Comfortable in both 3D modeling and 2D drafting (AutoCAD/Revit 2D views).
Work under senior BIM/modeling team for coordinated project delivery.
BIM Modeling Responsibilities Plumbing
Modeling of Domestic Water Supply (Cold & Hot Water).
Modeling of Rainwater & Storm Water Drainage systems.
Soil & Waste piping with proper slopes and elevations.
Assist in pump room and tank modeling.
Preparation of Riser diagrams sections and layout drawings.
Modeling of Wet Riser & Downcomer systems.
Sprinkler and Hydrant system modeling as per provided design.
Coordination of fire shafts and services.
Technical Skills Required
Good knowledge of Revit MEP (23 years hands-on experience).
Basic Family Creation and editing skills.
Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection.
Comfortable with 2D drafting in AutoCAD.
Basic understanding of plumbing and fire fighting system layouts.
Software Skills
Revit MEP Intermediate level
Navisworks Basic to Intermediate
AutoCAD Proficient in 2D drafting
MS Excel Basic

Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical / Civil
