BIM Coordinator Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads and utilities) to join our team in Bangalore.

As a BIM Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region.

• Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams ensuring seamless integration of various design elements
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans standards and workflows for infrastructure projects
• Perform clash detection resolve conflicts and optimize designs using advanced BIM software
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines
• Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members
• high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA Dubai and the UAE

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit Navisworks and Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling visualization techniques and infrastructure design principles
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional is preferred
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in GCC
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
