BIM Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller Architect to develop and manage architectural BIM models for various building projects. The candidate will work closely with architects structural and MEP teams to ensure accurate 3D modeling coordination and documentation as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Prepare architectural drawings including plans sections elevations and detailed drawings.

• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools.

• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.

• Extract BOQs schedules and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

• Update models based on design changes and site inputs.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of models

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Architecture.

• 38 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architectural projects).

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection.

• Understanding of BIM standards LOD (Level of Development) and ISO standards.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial residential or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC.

• Exposure to international projects will be an added advantage.
