Job Summary

Job Description:

Prepare client billing subcontractor billing and RA bills for HVAC/MEP projects.
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) rate analysis and quantity calculations.
Review project drawings layouts and specifications for billing purposes.
Maintain measurement sheets work completion records and billing documents.
Coordinate with Project Engineers Site Teams and QS teams for billing updates.
Prepare variation statements extra work bills and reconciliation reports.
Track project progress and ensure billing is aligned with work completion.
Verify invoices purchase orders and supporting documents.
Handle documentation related to HVAC installation ducting piping VRF/VRV chiller projects.
Assist in preparing cost reports and project MIS.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills with clients.
