Bid Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Bid & Proposal Manager to join our team within the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. This role is crucial for leading our end-to-end bid preparation process and ensuring the successful submission of competitive and high-quality proposals.

• Lead end-to-end bid preparation from Request for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) analysis to final submission.
• Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) creation cost models and pricing strategies.
• Conduct periodic visits to vendors to maintain working relationships and ensure optimal collaboration.
• Manage the estimation process ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Clarify requirements attend pre-bid meetings and occasionally present proposals to clients.
• Follow up with vendors on payments and bank guarantees.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Master s degree in Engineering Business Management or equivalent is preferred.
• 6 years of experience with strong experience in estimation and costing preferably in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability in cross-functional coordination and vendor interaction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to estimation and costing processes is a key requirement.
